When you send a booking request we collect: your full name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and your optional message.
We do not collect any payment details through this website.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your request, check availability and complete the booking. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Who we share it with
Your request is delivered to us by email through the Web3Forms service, which acts as a processor and may be located outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, and as required by tax and other legislation.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map in the Location section is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies under Google's own policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@forcehook.com.
